Store Owner Carol McConnell Window World of Northwest Florida is a family run replacement window company located in Pensacola, FL and individually owned and operated by Carol & Gerald McConnell. The locations 2nd owner, Carol originally began her career with Window World in 2002 as the office manager, when the store opened for business. After learning the industry and business itself, Carol was unable to turn down what she's describes as "the opportunity of a lifetime" to become the owner in 2006.

Serving the greater northwest section of the state, Window World of Northwest Florida services all of Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Ft. Walton, Destin, Crestview and also handles customers in Panama City.
